Born in Harlem, NY, and raised in Cleveland, Ohio; Lance Dickson is a retired military veteran after 20 years of service. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Workforce education and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) as well as a Master's degree in Education with New Technologies. As the founder of the former Non Profit organization "Committed Fathers Alliance" he was recognized as a national fatherhood advocate and was given the Spirit of Fatherhood Award in June of 2013.
